An item is out of stock. Will it come back?
Many pieces are restocked, but some drops are limited and sell out for good. Add the piece to your Wishlist to find it quickly, or ask us in chat whether a restock is planned.

Do the photos show the real product?
Yes – we photograph our own pieces. Colours can look slightly different on each screen, and the size is listed on the product page. Ask us in chat if you want a close-up or a video.

Can I see a piece in person before buying?
We are an online boutique, so most orders are delivered. If you are near our store in Chitwan, message us first and we will tell you whether the piece can be seen in person.
