How do I keep plated jewellery shiny?
- Put it on after perfume, lotion and hair spray.
- Keep it away from water and sweat.
- Wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing.
- Store each piece separately in its pouch.
How do I find my bangle or ring size?

Will plated jewellery turn black?
All plating wears slowly with time, especially with water, sweat and perfume. Following our care tips keeps it shiny much longer. Silver can darken naturally – a soft silver cloth brings the shine back.
Is your jewellery safe for sensitive skin?
Check the composition of the specific item before ordering. Do not assume every piece is nickel-free or hypoallergenic. If you have an allergy or a material is not listed, ask the shop before buying.
Can I wear my jewellery in the shower?
We recommend taking it off before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping. Water and soap make plating wear faster.
How should I store my jewellery?
Keep each piece in its own pouch or box, away from moisture and sunlight. Store necklaces flat or hanging so the chains do not tangle.
Can bangles or rings be resized?
Most fashion bangles and rings cannot be resized, so check the size chart before ordering. Some adjustable designs fit several sizes – this is mentioned on the product page.
