After delivery, open your order and use its cancellation, return and exchange section to select an item, quantity and reason. Add photos if useful and wait for staff instructions before sending anything back.

For hygiene reasons earrings and nose pins cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong, and personalised or custom pieces cannot be returned. Items that have been worn, damaged after delivery or are missing their packaging cannot be returned either.
Ask the shop to confirm any return or collection costs before sending the item. The standard item-return refund excludes original delivery charges; additional cost adjustments need staff confirmation.
